1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to CabsToAirport.org ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website at cabstoairport.org, calling our helpline, booking a ride, or using any of our services, you ("Customer", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using our services.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and CabsToAirport, Nashik, Maharashtra, India. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior written notice. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Offered
CabsToAirport.org provides one-way and round-trip airport shuttle/cab services primarily operating on the Nashik to Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSIA) route and surrounding areas. Our services include:
- Airport pick-up and drop-off (Nashik ↔ Mumbai CSIA)
- Outstation cab hire from Nashik to nearby cities
- Corporate and group travel arrangements
- 24/7 on-demand and pre-scheduled cab booking
We are a cab aggregator and transportation facilitator. In certain cases, rides may be fulfilled by verified third-party driver-partners operating under our standards and quality guidelines.
3. Booking & Confirmation
3.1 Booking Process: A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a Booking ID via WhatsApp or SMS from CabsToAirport.org. An online payment receipt or verbal commitment from our team does not constitute confirmation unless a Booking ID has been issued.
3.2 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, date, time, contact number, and passenger count. CabsToAirport.org will not be liable for failed pickups or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
3.3 Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 4–6 hours in advance for standard trips and 24 hours in advance for early morning (before 6:00 AM) or late-night trips (after 11:00 PM). While we endeavour to accommodate last-minute bookings, availability cannot be guaranteed.
3.4 Booking Voucher: A booking voucher or confirmation message shared via WhatsApp/SMS confirms your booking. By accepting the voucher, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all Terms & Conditions herein.
3.5 Driver Details: Driver name, vehicle details, and contact number will be shared via WhatsApp at least 1 hour before pickup. If you do not receive driver details within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup, please contact us immediately at +91 73855 22478.
4. Fares & Payment
4.1 Fixed Fares: All fares quoted on our website are fixed one-way prices for the Nashik–CSIA Mumbai route. These fares are inclusive of driver charges and fuel costs for the quoted route only.
4.2 Additional Charges: The following costs are NOT included in the quoted fare and will be borne by the Customer:
- Toll charges (Mumbai expressway and other applicable tolls)
- Parking charges at pickup or drop-off location
- State border taxes, if applicable
- Waiting charges beyond 15 minutes at the pickup point (₹50 per 15 minutes thereafter)
- Night charges for trips commencing between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM (as applicable)
- Extra distance charges if the route is altered at the customer's request
4.3 Payment Modes: We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking), and cash payments directly to the driver. Cash to be paid in INR only.
4.4 Price Validity: Fares displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. The fare applicable is the one confirmed at the time of booking, not the fare displayed subsequently.
4.5 No Surge Pricing: CabsToAirport.org does not apply surge pricing. Your confirmed fare is your final fare for the route booked, subject only to Section 4.2 above.
4.6 Driver Money Demands: Drivers are not authorised to collect amounts beyond what is specified in your booking voucher. Any extra demand should be reported to us immediately at +91 73855 22478. CabsToAirport.org is not liable for payments made outside the booking system.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund (minus payment gateway fees of ≈2%)
- Cancellation between 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 12 hours of pickup: No refund
- No-show (customer not available at pickup point): No refund
5.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation: In the rare event that CabsToAirport.org cancels a booking due to vehicle/driver non-availability or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. We will attempt to arrange an alternate vehicle first.
5.3 Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing time is 5–7 business days for online payments and immediate for cash bookings.
5.4 Cancellation Procedure: Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp or call to +91 73855 22478. Email cancellations are accepted at info@cabstoairport.org. Verbal cancellations via driver are not valid.
6. Passenger Obligations & Code of Conduct
By using our services, you agree to:
- Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time. The driver will wait up to 15 minutes beyond pickup time.
- Carry valid identification if travelling to the airport.
- Ensure the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle's stated seating capacity.
- Not smoke, consume alcohol, or use any intoxicating substance inside the vehicle.
- Not consume food or beverages that may soil or damage the vehicle's interior.
- Behave respectfully towards the driver and other passengers at all times.
- Not instruct the driver to violate traffic rules, RTO regulations, or any applicable law.
- Not carry any prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items in the vehicle.
- Compensate for any damage caused to the vehicle's interior due to negligence or misconduct.
The driver reserves the right to refuse the ride or ask a passenger to alight if they are found to be in an intoxicated state, are behaving in a threatening manner, or are causing a safety risk. No refund will be applicable in such cases.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
7.1 Flight/Train Delays: CabsToAirport.org provides transportation services only. We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or buses due to traffic congestion, road closures, acts of God, vehicle breakdown, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend booking your cab well in advance with sufficient travel buffer time.
7.2 Luggage: Customers are solely responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, and valuables. CabsToAirport.org and its drivers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to luggage or personal belongings during transit.
7.3 Vehicle Condition: While we maintain our fleet to high standards, we do not guarantee a specific vehicle model unless explicitly confirmed at booking. Air conditioning may not function optimally in extreme weather or heavy traffic conditions. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
7.4 Force Majeure: CabsToAirport.org shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, government-imposed restrictions, curfews, bandhs, or road blockages.
7.5 Maximum Liability: In any event, CabsToAirport.org's total liability to a customer shall not exceed the fare amount paid for the specific booking in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on cabstoairport.org — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and the website's design — is the property of CabsToAirport.org and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. We encourage customers to first reach out to us at info@cabstoairport.org to resolve disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
